Berg v. Obama Conference at SCOTUS Jan 9 2009

Folks,

As of this morning January 12, 2009 8:40AM: No word as of yet has been released regarding the disposition of the Berg v. Obama case at the SCOTUS Conference last friday.

Word should be handed down sometime today... we will keep you posted.

***UPDATE:

Berg Motion Denied by Supreme Court...

The Writ of Certiorari requested by Berg in the Berg v. Obama case has been denied. However, the manner in which it was denied allows for the case to still remain active before the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. Currently other lawsuits are pending including Hollister v. Soetoro (Obama's real name) which is currently winding its way through the courts.
