Not at all surprised to hear this coming from a Democrat... and then to buttress it by saying "I will vote adamantly against the interests of my district if I actually think that what I'm doing is going to help them"... Talk about the most UN-AMERICAN of statements!
Mr. Massa, if your constituents whom you REPRESENT demand you vote against it... YOU VOTE AGAINST IT! It is NOT up to you to vote for something that they do not want imposed on them. This Sir.. is what Tyrannies are made of. Dictators, dictate, and you sir, are acting no different than Chavez in Venezuela!
All your saying in this video, is that your constituents are too stupid to know what's good for them. This is the height of hubris and arrogance, and its reflected not only in this nitwit's statements, but throughout the Democrat party.
Well I'm sure they will have news for you in November 2010... Be advised, Sir... as well as the rest of the Democrat Party... your time in power for at least two generations is nearly at an end... count it in months.

Absurd. As someone who currently lives in around Rochester NY (not an actually resident), it's frustrating to see the great people there being misrepresented by this asshole.

This just goes to show, that the only people running for office are busybodies with too much time on their hands, a lack of common sense and intelligence, with an incessant need to impose their will on others through an overwhelming sense of their own "importance"...
If he votes for that bill, he'll probably have to move his family out of the district... something about torches, pitchforks, a barrel of tar, a goosedown pillow, and a section of rail missing from the commuter tracks... The time honored way to deal with ignorant politicians. Afterward, the new socialized system will put him on a waiting list for about 6 months to peel the tar off... just think of as an all over, total body bikini wax.... OUCH!!
