FLASH: Obama Sued in Federal Court to Produce Proper Documents!!

The case is Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083

Apparently, there is a case before the Federal Court in Pennsylvania demanding that Barack Obama produce the proper documents proving his birth in the US and/or his qualifications under the Constitution. To date, the Obama Campaign, nor the DNC have produced these documents, meaning that IF Barak Obama is not qualified to be president, it will be an earth shattering event where a major political party in this country attempted to usurp the Constitution by fraudulent means.

The case is currently pending and though the DNC and the Obama Campaign have filed motions for dismissal, the judge has not done so. An order of discovery may be pending. To date, the plaintiff, Philip J Berg, Esq. who is a democrat from Pennsylvania has compelling evidence to the contrary!
