La Flor Dominicana Double Ligero Chisel
Ok....
This little dittie of a smoke is everything the Dr. says it is. The appearance is squat in size about 5" long or so with a chisel tip. The lack of a necessity for a cutter, is fast making this my favorite smoke. But that's just a creature comfort.
Of the handful I've smoked already, I've noted their have been subtle differences in the shading of the wrapper. Some were just a shade darker than Connecticut Shade, while others were nearly as dark as a maduro. But the real treat is the flavor. Full-bodied on the spicy side, the aroma is as rich as the look of the wrapper.
I generally enjoy this one with a cognac or a full-bodied wine like a Merlot or a Cabernet, anything lighter and the wine gets lost. Some people would blanch at wine with a cigar, but hey... its all in the flavor! ;-)
Give one a try, you'll be glad you did.
