An audio clip has surfaced where Obama calls the Constitution flawed... and says that this flaw reflects in our society today. However, his little dissertation (quoted below is accurate to the clip) that Obama gives doesn't exactly state what that flaw is. In order to understand the context accurately, the rest of the audio would be a big plus, but the sentence itself is classic Obama... he comes off sounding intelligent and erudite with pregnant pauses, and whistling 'S's... yet he is talking in circles and makes absolutely no sense nor does he state exactly what the flaw he thinks... or more to the point, feels.. exists.

The audio clip quote:
"I think we can say that... uh ..uh... the Constitution reflected a(sic) enormous blind spot in this culture that carries on until this day.. and... and ahh.. and that the framers had that same blind spot... I.. I don't think that the two views are contradictory to say that, it was a remarkable political document.. ah.. that paved the way for where we are now and to say that it ..ah.. it also, ah...rep..reflected the fundamental flaw of this country that continues until this day."

The Audio itself:

This type of circular nonsensical logic is a common thread throughout Obama's speeches and interviews. Too many points and positions are contradictory. If you think that is incorrect, you should check his statements regarding his position on Jerusalem as presented to a jewish organization in New York a few months ago (name escapes me at the moment but you can google it).. where he stated that Jerusalem should remain the capital of Israel and should not be divided, yet not 24 hours later, Obama states the exact opposite in an interview.

If you can follow this circular logic, please feel free to post a rebuttal.

-----UPDATE-----

Rush discussed this particular story and his take is that its Obama does not think any particular part of the Constitution that's flawed, but the Constitution as the guiding principle of this country is what is flawed.

If that is the case on the part of Obama, then we have a BIG problem on our hands.
