Banking Brain Drain if bonus tax passed

It never ceases to amaze that when Democrats go nuts and overreach... they invoke Murphy's distant cousin, Loki... and kick in the law of unintended consequences. In an effort to make good on their faux-outrage and capitalize on the outrage they've created amongst the uneducated in this country, they've decided to attack those that received these bonuses that were obligated in lawfully drawn up contracts. So rather than set a precedent and break these contracts, they've decided to just TAKE the money with a stroke of a pen. Targeting a specific group of people is UNCONSTITUTIONAL no matter how its worded in the legislation. How many times have we heard, that its the spirit of the law that is the focus not the wording.

But in a surprise twist... it appears that those who get paid the lion's share of their pay via these bonuses, will beat a hasty exit from these institutions if this law becomes past... they call this.. a BRAIN DRAIN! If you think government running anything is bad, wait until the real meat behind these organizations just up and quit. This will be a force multiplier in the downturn of our economics. But perhaps that's exactly why its being done. You can't roll out socialism, if free markets and a free people are working.
