Supreme Court Refuses to Hear Obama Citizenship Case Brought by Donofrio

In a decision that brought no surprise to anyone... the case of Donofrio v. Wells challenging Barack Obama's citizenship eligibility has been denied by SCOTUS. The article by AP goes on to erroneously say that Factcheck.org is "non-partisan" when in fact, when it comes to Obama, should recuse itself from the discussion since the Annenberg Foundation runs Factcheck.org of which Obama was a board member.
Additionally, the "document" they claimed to have examined also is of a dubious nature since the the scanned image they posted was not a Birth Certificate, but a Certificate of Live Birth. This is a separate document than a Birth Certificate, and is NOT a legal document... that is it CANNOT be presented legally in lieu of a Birth Certificate. Philip Berg, Esq. whose lawsuit is still pending conference acceptance before the court, explained that the COLB at the time of Obama's birth, could have been filed in Hawaii by his parents even if he was born in Kenya since his mother was an American citizen, this was allowed under Hawaiin law at the time... however, the Birth Certificate is issued at the time of birth and is signed by the doctor performing the delivery. So at the time it was possible for a person to have a COLB in Hawaii, but have a foreign birth certificate. This is the heart of one aspect of Philip Berg's pending suit.
