Brit accents... and Obama's Diction

Rush was referring today to how Americans or people in general respond to the British accent.

People respond to Obama that way as well... if you listen closely to when he's trying to dodge a question, he whistles his 'S's harder than when he has an answer. Its almost as if he's trying to dazzle you with his pseudo-erudite mannerisms.

He does this so often that it actually is painful to listen too.
