Rush: "Whatever happened to people paying for their own stuff?"

Rush just made a salient point on today's program... "Whatever happened to people paying for their own stuff?" Exactly Right...
How many times do we go out to dinner and don't think about dropping $100, or getting the brakes done on the car to the tune of $300, buying food weekly for $100 to $200 a trip and this amount is certainly a "your mileage may vary" item.
My favorite is seeing people who live paycheck-to-paycheck buying all kinds of big ticket toys such as flat screen TVs and the $3000 chrome rims that stand out like a sore thumb on their beat up Ford Explorer.
So why is it that people will bitch, moan and complain when they have to fork out $50 to $70 for a doctor's visit and make every effort to use their insurance, then cry poverty when the doctor doesn't take their plan?
If you're going to use insurance, use it for when you really need it... when you're in the hospital. Any other time for basic visits, prescriptions, and out patient care, just pay for it.
If you're the type that rather have someone else pay for it... just remember, when you think its free, you'll pay for it later... and it won't be cheap. It may cost you you're life.
How's that Hope & Change workin' for ya? ... Freeloaders...

Health care in this modern world is a complex, scientific and technological service. With that said, how in the hell can anybody be born with a right to such a thing. Health care is not a right....so you freeloaders go get a job....

... we've got 3 1/2 years more of this crap...
