The exterior of the building reminds you of a sleepy road side diner somewhere on the back roads of America, but boy when you step inside of Tuscany Bistro you feel as though you just stepped into a sleepy cafe in the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany. Your warmly greeted at the door and immediately seated at the table of your choice. But in spite of the great service and subdued trappings, the food reminds you of a four or five star restaurant in the heart of Rome or Manhattan. Their pasta dishes are served Modo Vostro, smothered with alfredo, red or white clam sauce, bolongese, or a fantastic pesto. The chief's specials explode with imagination.
