***UPDATE: Philip J. Berg Files Writ Today With The US Supreme Court

Folks,

Philip J. Berg, Esq. today filed a writ with the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) over the Constitutional Qualifications of Barack Obama. Berg's evidence is compelling since no "Vault" copy of Obama's birth certificate has ever been presented. The "Vault" version is the true original copy that is signed and notarized. The contention being that Obama may have been born in Kenya, and no original exists... There is other evidence as well of his paternal grandmother stating for a video camera that she was at the birth of Obama and he was born in Nairobi. Berg is in possession of this tape, but is awaiting an affidavit from Kenya before presenting it to SCOTUS As of 6pm this evening, the motion has been filed with SCOTUS.

A decision on the hearing of this case will be pending. The possibility exists that if SCOTUS hears this case, it could postpone the election to avoid a Constitutional Crisis.
